MAT

Pilates Mat is based on correct alignment, balance, precise initiation and spinal articulation. By activating the deeper stabilising muscles, working from the inside out with awareness and breathe, you achieve a full body workout that will be sure to leave you with better posture and feeling stronger.

SPINE CORRECTOR CLASS

The Spine Corrector is an innovative piece of kit that allows the spine to move through all planes of motion, whilst deepening core strength and developing better posture and flexibility. Spine Corrector classes are quickly gaining in popularity!

BARRE CLASS

Pilates Barre will improve lower back and hip alignment and tone your bum and thighs. The focus is on leg and foot technique through movement with equal attention to precision and flowing motion. This class will get your feet moving whilst finding and centering your core!

REFORMER CLASS

Get ready to create a strong, fluid and flexible spine. Enjoy your workout in the Reformer, focusing on powering all movement from the core. You will flow through functional movements hitting key elements such as stamina, control and coordination. This is a creative class with challenging, traditional Pilates exercises giving you a full-body workout.

ROLLER CLASS

Foam rolling is an effective way of restoring health to the body’s fascia, the body’s connective tissue that acts like a web and covers the body’s muscles and organs and supports them. This Pilates Roller class will help you achieve reduced muscle pain, increased spinal awareness & flexibility and improved joint mobility. Use a foam roller before a workout to help warm up and rebalance your muscles and after exercising to reduce soreness, or as part of your injury rehab routine.

EQUIPMENT CLASS

Individually taught 55 minute sessions where the teacher works with two to four people at a time. Each client will be given a personalised set of exercises and will be guided through their session, working on at least four different types of comprehensive equipment.

20/20/20 CLASS

20 minutes of each:
• Towelwork ranges from simple yet effective movements designed to balance, stabilise and mobilise the shoulder girdle and thoracic spine. Further benefits include improved shoulder range motion, posture by lengthening and stabilising the spine, and improves movement awareness and coordination.
• Barrework begins with basic leg and foot techniques and progresses to an elegant movement class with equal attention to precision and flow in motion.

HIIT REFORMER CLASS

Find a balance between control and speed with this Reformer workout. This high-intensity interval Pilates class focuses on the abdominals and arms using 30-second intervals of movements with 10-second breaks. Encouraging you to work at your own pace as the teacher gives an overview of each exercise instead of cueing beat by best.
